Self-help techniques and tools

Box Breathing - Whilst you draw a picture of the four sides of a sqaure, breathe in for the count of four, then hold for the count of four, breathe out for the count of four. Each time you count draw a side of the square, thisshould help you to focus as you breathe and have a grounding and re-centering affect.

The 54321 method -  Identify 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell and 1 you can taste. This should have a grounding affect on you.
